Elect Jerry for school trustee in Ward 1 River East Transcona School Division

As a life-long educator and previous school trustee, I am running for School Trustee in Ward 1 of the River East Transcona School Division. I believe in building brighter futures for our children and for our community.

I am passionate about teaching and learning. I believe the goal of education is fostering success for all children to become responsible citizens of our communities.

My core commitments serving as your school trustee will be to build on and enhance policies to strengthen:

Student and staff supports
Provide strong, reliable resources and support networks for both students and staff.

Modernize programming
Utilize current, relevant educational programming designed to meet today’s evolving technological and societal needs.

Facility efficiency and safety
Maximize the long-term efficiency, safety and security within our current and future schools.
Fiscal responsibility
Maintain fiscal accountability and transparency
